14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- The item must not have been cleaned, altered, repaired, or modified.
- The item must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@gunnarmilitaria.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all items described as original are authentic to the best of our professional knowledge and expertise.
If an item purchased from Gunnar Militaria is proven to be non-authentic, we will provide:
- A full refund of the purchase price.
- Refund of the original shipping cost.
- Refund after the item has been returned and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- An item that was damaged during transit, or
- An item that significantly differs from its description,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items altered, cleaned, repaired, or modified after delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Custom orders or specially sourced items.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of seller error.
International Orders
Customers outside Germany may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or VAT imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
