German WWII M35 Kriegsmarine Helmet – ET64 Eisenhüttenwerke Thale

Authentic M35 German Helmet from the era of World War II, produced by Eisenhüttenwerke Thale (ET – Thale/Harz). This size ET64 shell is a fine and collectible example issued to the Kriegsmarine.
The helmet features the single Kriegsmarine eagle decal, with visible traces of the removed national shield, consistent with the official 1940 directive requiring its removal. The helmet retains its original liner size 56, with discs marked B. u. C. 39, and lot number 4616 stamped on the shell.
The piece remains complete with its original chin strap, marked H. Eger & Linde 1940, adding to its authenticity and collector value. Inside the helmet is a clear acceptance stamp reading “Abgenommen I 1939 Beschaffungsamt für Heer und Marine”, confirming official military acceptance. The liner also displays a clear soldier’s name “Döhle”, giving this helmet strong historical character.
