Transitional SA Dagger M7/28 – Gustav Felix, Solingen – Near Mint Condition

An outstanding and nearly perfect Transitional SA Dagger manufactured by Gustav Felix, Solingen, bearing the desirable RZM code M7/28. A superb example for the serious collector of early Third Reich edged weapons.

The blade retains a bright original factory shine with full, clearly visible crossgraining throughout. The etched SA motto remains crisp and sharply defined, with complete original darkening intact—an increasingly rare feature on Transitional period pieces. The edges and tip are flawless, showing no signs of damage, sharpening, or restoration.

The ricasso is properly marked with the Gustav Felix, Solingen maker’s mark, along with the circular RZM emblem and maker code M7/28, confirming correct Transitional production.

The grip is exceptionally well preserved, free from chips or cracks, and displays attractive natural wood tones. The grip eagle and SA roundel show no visible wear, maintaining sharp detail and strong presence.

The plated fittings are bright and nearly perfect, with only a very minor area of plating lift where the crossguards meet the grip—mentioned strictly for accuracy.
