An outstanding and fully original German Wehrmacht officer’s dagger manufactured by Rich. Plumacher Sohn, Solingen. A rare maker and increasingly difficult example to find in such beautiful, complete condition.

This Third Reich Wehrmacht dagger features a steel blade retaining its original factory finish and presenting in excellent, near-perfect condition. The blade is bright, clean, and free from damage. Maker markings are clearly visible and sharply defined, confirming authenticity and quality production. Even the scabbard fittings retain clear markings, an uncommon and desirable feature.

The scabbard throat (choke) functions exactly as it should — the blade seats securely and releases with proper resistance, indicating an untouched and well-preserved fit. The scabbard and accompanying sling are both in excellent condition, completing this attractive full set.

There are only slight, natural signs of age and uniform wear consistent with careful period use, adding character without detracting from presentation.
